Goal
Our goal was to redefine the farm to table process in American communities by analyzing the food pipeline before and after COVID 19. We approached the problem from a holistic point of view, taking social, economic, environmental, infrastructure, and health factors into consideration both before and after COVID. We also mapped out the food journey to define the emergent archetype and define possible food futures.

To start, Audrey and I divided up various social, economic, health, infrastructure, and environmental factors related to the emergence of outdoor dining both before and after COVID 19.
